The staff was outstandingly accommodating, offering wake-up service and ironing free of charge. I asked for a king room with a refrigerator and 2 queen beds, for example, and they kindly provided it. The location was comfortable - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

The hotel met all my needs and I couldn't recommend it more. My two-night stay was very good. The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful and caring throughout my stay. The room was huge, spotless, and had a phone, pull-out sofa, and 2 queen beds.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent and easy to find, with great proximity to Bob Evans and Capital University. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with good housekeeping and a well-maintained indoor pool. The staff was incredibly respectful and helpful, with a good attitude and excellent front desk service. Additionally, the breakfast was good, though there were some issues with guests taking too many to-go containers.
