Comfortable but Noisy Nights

The location was convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, and the pool area looked inviting.

Unfortunately, the noise from other guests and the loud air conditioning made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The windows didn't open to let any fresh air in.

Conveniently located near the interstate, this hotel offers a smooth check-in process and clean, comfortable accommodations. The breakfast options, especially the cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy, were delightful, and the attentive staff in the breakfast area added to the positive experience. However, the room lacked adequate soundproofing, and the heating system was noisy, which detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, free parking, and a helpful 24-hour reception. The staff once guided me to my destination during my first stay. I'm coming back for a business trip soon.

We had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for hitting up the latest video games at Magic Mountain Fun Center East and enjoying the outdoors at Berliner Sports Park. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly, really made our stay enjoyable!

However, the back entrance was broken and didn't require key entry, which made me a bit uneasy, especially with some shady people around at night.

The heated pool was a hit with my kids, and we loved being just ten minutes from Magic Mountain Fun Center East! It was a blast playing the latest video games there. The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly which made our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger ones. A play area or indoor game corner would have been great!

The room was clean and comfortable, which was nice. I got lucky with a fridge even though I didn’t ask for one. They provided Bath and Body Works toiletries, which felt fancy! The staff were a bit too watchful for my taste, making me feel a bit awkward. The noise from the parking lot could be heard in the room, which wasn’t great, but overall, it was decent for a short stay.
